Swish isnt that bad, it used to be, but the up-to-date builds are good, i own a copy of swish max, true, i don't use it, but it is alright, even for syncing movies. Your problem is due to the fact yoy started the music before the thing started...

this was an alright tutorial, but its not a good technique for making propber shooting games, but its alright for a simple game whener you must shoot one guy, also if you put all the limbs in seperate movie clips, you could make every part of the body get blown off. Good try 3/5
